POLIMERASE CHAIN REACTION SYSTEM
In our newly constructed molecular biology laboratory assays can be done by using Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) system. PCR has rapidly become one of the most widely used techniques in molecular biology is a technique which is used to amplify the number of copies of a specific region of DNA, in order to produce enough DNA to be adequately tested. This technique can be used to identify disease-causing viruses and/or bacteria, a deceased person, or a criminal suspect. In our laboratory PCR is being used for medical diagnosis and the researchers wishing to use our facilities are wellcome.
